Diagnosis, Analysis, Solutions and other Feedback: Cracks in poured foundation walls are very common. The one thing you can guarantee about concrete is that it will crack. Depending on the age of the home, the cracks may or may not continue to grow. If they are common shrinkage cracks that are not leaking you may want to just leave them? Some homes can have cracks that never leak, some leak right away. |
