CREDIT CARD INSIDER’S TIP
Never pay a credit card fee up front, before the account is opened. Any
company you want to do business with will charge any fee to your new account
after it’s opened. If they want you to pay anything up front, they probably
think you won’t want to pay after you see what they are really selling.
